Monkey Bread, with a little less Monkey

Have you herd of Monkey bread?

Here is a new version that is a wee bit "gourmet"

Ingredients
2 pack 12 frozen dinner rolls ($3)
1/2 cup brown sugar (should have it)
1/2 cup white sugar (better have it)
1 small package shopped nuts walnuts are cheap ($1)
1 stick of butter, check fridge it's in there
1 lg. package of Vanilla cook and serve pudding ($1)

Late in the evening spray a glass pan, works best, with cooking spray. sprinkle nuts on the bottom. Put frozen rolls in pan, evenly distributed. Melt butter in the microwave in a glass bowl and add remaining ingredients, mix until a thick sauce is made. Pour over frozen rolls, it looks like not enough sauce but it is, trust me. set aside, until the next day. In the morning the rolls will be double in size and fill the pan. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are light brown. Remove from oven and loosen edges with a knife, then flip entire pan over on to large serving tray. Be careful the sauce is very hot. Very delicious, everyone will think you got up early and made fresh bread or went to the store, depending on their expectations. But you can't go wrong with this one. Do not make it to early because your rolls can over rise then go flat. Make it around 9-10pmish for 7amish

cost for "NEW" ingredients around $5
